We offer two different shipping methods to meet your needs as further specified when you check out. Estimated shipping times:
 

- SPAIN. Standard 1-2 working days. Express: 1 working day
- EUROPE. Standard 4-6 working days. Express: 1-3 working days
- REST OF THE WORLD. Standard 7-10 working days. Express: 4-6 working days

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours during weekdays, or 1-2 business days during sales periods.

- SPAIN: standard 10€; express 15€
- EUROPE: standard 15€; express 30€
- REST OF THE WORLD: standard 25€; express 50€
Free shipping: Anhem offers free standard shipping on all orders above 250€

 

DELIVERY


Delivery to European countries already include taxes - that are calculated at the checkout, in the final purchase price.

Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release goods held at customs. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.
 

Important note: Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.


LOST PACKAGES


Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Anhem is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the carrier.
