You can request to return items within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. Please note that products purchased on websites other than Anhem.es won’t be eligible for return. In case of a purchase on another website, we invite you to refer to the wholesaler customer care.
The parcel has to be sent back to our warehouse within 14 days after the return request submission with a 10€ return
fee. Our staff will evaluate the product before proceeding with the return.
STEP 1: ENTER THE RETURNS PORTAL
Click here to start your return. Enter postal code and the order number or track & trace number. Please find the order number and the track & trace number in the Ready to be Shipped email sent after placing the order.
STEP 2: SELECT ITEMS TO BE RETURNED
Select the items to return and choose the preferred return reason - one reason per item. In case you do not find the specific reason, please select “Other” and type the reason in the message field.
STEP 3: SELECT REFUND METHOD
Refund method by Money Back. Please expect to be refunded the cost of the items returned. When the entire order has been returned, the shipping costs will be refunded as well.
STEP 4: SELECT RETURN METHOD
Select the return method through a drop-off point. Depending on the carriers and method available, you can return the parcel by dropping it off at a service point or a local postal office.
STEP 5: PRINT THE SHIPPING LABEL
A summary is displayed and you may edit details. When the summary is confirmed, the return is created. Please download and print the shipping label that has been generated. Stick this label on your box ready to be shipped and drop the box at the previously selected drop-off point. Once we receive the parcel, we will perform the quality check. Finally we will contact you confirming or denying your request.
If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. If there are issues with the original payment method, Anhem will contact you to wire a bank transfer.
Important return note: unfortunately we are not able to process returns for items once worn, damaged or without original tags. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit nor we are not able to refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return fee. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
For items on sale we cannot accept returns.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color or product, please proceed to return the item and then re-order the new product. A refund for the returned item will be issued following our return policy.
Our items are carefully checked by our quality control team. If an item is classified as defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can then offer you a repair or exchange.
